Entity Application - KYB

If you are interested to apply as an entity, please prepare the following documents and submit them during your KYB verification via our dedicated onboarding tenant: https://onboarding.tokensoft.io/event/70

*Documents that are required to be "certified" are to be certified as true copies by a professional such as a notary, attorney-at-law or accountant.

Partnership

If applying as a partnership please provide the following:

Certified true copy Certificate of Registration
Certified true copy Registry of Partners
Certified true copy Partnership Agreement

Identification documentation in respect of the general partner and confirmation that the general partner has full control. Otherwise due diligence is also required on partners/authorised signatories with control.

Trust

If you intend to apply via your Trust, please provide the following:

Certified true copy of the Trust Deed and any subsequent amendments to the Trust Deed Identity documentation needed for any other person exercising ultimate effective control over the trust.

Company

If you intend to apply via your Company (LLC, C-Corp, S-Corp or other) please provide the following:

Certified true copy Certificate of Incorporation
Certified true copy memorandum and Articles of Association (or equivalent)
Certified true copy register of Directors and register of Shareholders or a current dated Certificate of Incumbency reflecting this information
Identification documentation and KYC applications for all directors and shareholders who hold a 20% or more legal or beneficial interest.

Non-Profit

If you are intending to be involved through your non-profit organisation (501C3 or other).

Certified true copy Certificate of Incorporation
Certified true copy Memorandum and Articles of Association (or equivalent)
Certified true copy register of Directors and register of Shareholders or a current dated Certificate of Incumbency reflecting this information
Document explaining the proposed purpose and operation of the organization
Identity documentations for two signatories through identity verification.

After entering your personal information for KYC, under application type select: "I am an authorized signer registering on behalf of an entity" and proceed to enter the entity's information.

Beneficial Owners of 20% or more stake in the business are required to individually complete KYC. A Tokensoft team member will reach out to the authorized signer via the in-app messaging system to assist the authorized signer to complete the entity's application.
