Data Deletion

You have the right to request a data deletion of your personal data, "the right to be forgotten".

You may submit a request ticket through the help desk widget to request a data deletion. You will be required to confirm your identity before your account can be deleted. The method for identity confirmation will be a secure telegram message with one of Tokensoft's help desk agents. You can immediately clear your data once your identity has been confirmed. This step is necessary to ensure someone is not attempting to commit fraud with another person's account.

IF you have participated in a Tokensoft powered event in the past, you will be required to request a data deletion directly from the token issuer. The token issuer will provide instructions to Tokensoft with how to proceed with the deletion of your data.
