If you encounter an issue after submitting your documents during KYC verification such as a blinking, spinning dot or if your application is , please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
- Close the window.
- Remove the site from the MetaMask wallet
3. Disconnect from all sites
4. Hard refresh your browser
5. Reopen app.tokensoft.io
6. Connect wallet again
7. Attempt KYC application again
If you have other wallet extensions on your browser, it is also recommended that you sign out of those as well while you are going through KYC or making a purchase via the Tokensoft app to avoid any issues.
