US Individuals are required to complete Accreditation Verification

If you are investing as an individual, you will need…

A. Contact Info: legal name, date of birth, phone number, email, and permanent address.

B. ID: must be legal identification such as driver’s license, passport, or other gov’t-issued ID card.

C. [U.S.A. Only] Accredited Investor Certification or Docs: if you’re verifying your accreditation status via a certification letter, then this letter must come from a professional entity that’s already certified your accreditation status in the past.

You can verify your accreditation status through downloading our template and having your CPA or other licensed professional certify your status.

If you’re verifying your accreditation status via direct documentation, then you’ll need to provide documents that prove one of the following:

  • $1M+ net worth: excludes primary residence, can be individual or joint net worth with spouse/partner. Qualifying documentation includes bank, brokerage, or other security holdings statements. Certificates of deposit, tax assessments, and appraisal reports issued by third parties are also qualifying documentation.
  • Annual Income over $200,000 individually or $300,000 with spouse/partner: qualifying documentation includes W2, tax return, 1099, Schedule K-1, Form 1065, and Form 1040.
  • Investment professional in good standing: holding Series 7, Series 65, and/or Series 82 satisfies this requirement. Qualifying documents include the licensure documentation.

You can redact SSNs in these documents so long as the last 4 digits are showing.
