Payment not confirmed on account

If your payment was confirmed on the blockchain but you did not receive a confirmation in the Tokensoft app, please submit a support ticket with the details of your transaction. Useful information includes your transactionID (hash) along with the wallet address from which you sent funds and the email address associated with your account.


Any issues with your payment will be addressed during the payment audit period after the sale is concluded.
